MAILMAN GENERAL DELIVERY

Mailman General Delivery ensures the receiving in custody of the clients’ sending. Mailman ensures the transport of the sending to its offices in the territory and makes available the addresses and 2 phone numbers of its agents in the territory as well as the collecting program.
The rates for this service are established during a meeting, function of the number of sending, its type, weight and volume as well as function of the keeping term required.
The current keeping term is of 30 days, after which it is returned to the sender.


INSURANCE

Your post is automatically insured for risks of loss, theft, partial or total deterioration in the sum of RON 50 per copy, by paying the MAILMAN rate. In case your post has a value higher than RON 50, we give you the possibility of entirely insuring the value of the post, by paying an insurance tax in the quantum of 1% of the declared value of the post. Thus, in case one of the unpleasant events, mentioned above, occurs, MAILMAN will give you the complete declared value of your post.



PAYMENT AT THE RECEIVER

MAILMAN cashes the equivalent value of your post at the receiver. It is necessary to mention this request on the collecting packing list, as well as the informing of the receiver with respect to his obligations. In case the receiver doesn’t wish to pay, the sender is obliged to pay this rate. The service does not imply additional costs.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT

The sending done through MAILMAN is with confirmation of receipt. The confirmation of receipt doesn’t imply additional costs. It is necessary to mention the way the confirmation of receipt is to be received: phone, fax, copies, original; immediately after the delivery, weekly, monthly in a file with inventory.



DELIVERY AT A FIX HOUR

When the sending is collected, mention on the collecting packing list that you want the delivery to be done at a fix hour. The receiver is to be found only at a certain hour, in a certain place. Please add also the mobile phone of the receiver. The service determines an increase of the basic rate with 50%.


IDENTIFICATION OF THE ADDRESSES

Your clients are in constant movement and you lose touch with them, every now and then. MAILMAN informs itself and informs you with respect to the new addresses. Thus, your database will be updated permanently and you will be sure that they receive your invoices, notices or your communications. The service is not taxable.



THE RELATION OF THE CLIENT WITH THE POST

We intervene as an interface between the Client and the Post, optimizing the relations between the two, keeping permanently evidence of what is sent and of the confirmations which return.
The service implies the preparation of the envelopes for sending, drafting of the packing list, management of the returns, management of the complaints and management of the confirmations of receipt.
Storing of the original confirmations of receipt and presenting them with inventory, in chronological order, on geographical areas. Advantages: externalization of services, delivery when the documents are prepared, contacting the receivers by phone, correction of the wrong, incomplete addresses, of the receivers who moved.
Weekly presentation of the problem list, of the ones who were given notice, etc.
The service is available for the LOCAL, NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL sending.

Are established during a meeting, in the conditions of a complete information with respect to the desired services, to the number of sending, its character and to how urgent it is.
