The complaints can be made only in writing by the Sender or the Receiver at any post subunit in the Mailman network. The claimant will fill in the complaint with all the data necessary for identifying the sending (type of sending, the date of the sending, locality, county, as well as the complete address of the receiver) The claimant will also mention where he wants to receive the written answer of the Mailman Complaints Service. The deadline for solving the complaint is of 90 days, according to the law in force.
