For the sending with value there is the possibility of declaring the value; the insurance bonus in the quantum of 1% of the insured sum is paid and so, in case of loss or theft of an insured sending, MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE binds itself to compensate the SENDER with the insured sum. The loss of a sending which is not additionally insured is compensated with RON 50. The compensation comes into force only for the paid service. THE MAILMAN - SERVICII POSTALE in the capacity of POST SERVICES OPERATOR is responsible for the present contract and is not responsible for the losses of the SENDER in his relations with third parties or of third parties in the relation with the SENDER, losses determined by the destruction, loss or delay of a sending.
Your post is automatically insured for risks of loss, theft, partial or total deterioration in the sum of RON 50 per copy, by paying the MAILMAN rate. In case your post has a value higher than RON 50, we give you the possibility of entirely insuring the value of the post, by paying an insurance tax in the quantum of 1% of the declared value of the post.
