The collecting of the sending from the SENDER’S office (or other location indicated by him) will be done based on a COLLECTING PACKING LIST which will clearly stipulate the number of sending collected, the degree of urgency, the declared value and the number of documents they contain, if it is the case. All the collecting documentation, envelopes, packages, respectively the Collecting Packing List will constitute the base for calculus for the performance of MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALEUI, and will be signed by both parties.
The delivery will be done in Bucharest in 0-3 hours for urgent sending, 3 - 6 hours for standard sending and in the Country in 12 - 48 business hours, for the sending ‘’LOCAL COURIER SERVICES’’ and ‘’NATIONAL COURIER SERVICES’’ function of the locality. The original confirmations of receipt will be presented to the SENDER, regularly, weekly or monthly or upon his specific request.
In case the RECEIVER is not found at the address indicated by the SENDER, he will be informed through a document of MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE in which the date and the hour of the search are mentioned and a phone number at which he can call for additional information. A second delivery attempt will be done in maximum 48 h, in another interval of time than in the first attempt and will automatically lead to a new taxation. In case the RECEIVER moved from the address indicated by the SENDER and MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE knows the new address, it will redirect the envelopes to the new address.
Your post is automatically insured for risks of loss, theft, partial or total deterioration in the sum of RON 50 per copy, by paying the MAILMAN rate. In case your post has a value higher than RON 50, we give you the possibility of entirely insuring the value of the post, by paying an insurance tax in the quantum of 1% of the declared value of the post.
