The SENDER understands that the sending presented for delivery to THE MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE SRL is submitted to the rules and conditions of THE MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE SRL.

The SENDER will provide complete information with respect to the sending which is to be done: the name of the receiver, the complete address, the contact person, and the hours when the receiver is to be found, if it is the case.
In case the address provided by the SENDER is not complete or is wrong, the SENDER assumes the risk of not delivering or delay in the delivery of the respective sending.
Upon taking, the SENDER will mention, in particular, on the envelopes and packages, the cases when the delivery is urgent and the cases when these contain values higher than RON 50.
The envelopes, packages will be closed and labeled in conformity with the legal norms in force.

In the case of envelopes, packages which cannot be delivered, for various reasons: a receiver who moved, a receiver who is not at the domicile, the SENDER will make available for MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE, as much as possible, their phone numbers so as to contact the receivers and find out the new address.
The complaints with respect to the delivery term of the envelopes, packages are done only in writing, in maximum 24h from the collecting, and the complaints through which the presentation of the confirmation of receipt is asked are done only in writing in maximum 30 days from the collecting and accomplishment of the sending.
It is considered a complaint only that sending made obvious in writing by the SENDER as not being delivered, for which MAILMAN SERVICII POSTALE doesn’t present a confirmation of receipt or doesn’t prove the return of the respective sending, to the SENDER, with the clear motivation for not having delivered – respectively incorrect address, receiver who moved or receiver who refuses the receipt. Any other action of this nature, for which the SENDER receives the proof of the delivery or of the return, is not called Complaint.
The SENDER binds himself not to send forbidden goods: guns, munitions, drugs, chemical substances and to observe the legislation in force with respect to Fighting Money Laundering and Fighting Terrorism.
